Michigan Modified Road Rally

All registration fees will be donated to charity! This year we have selected the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation to receive the funds!

At the start of each day we will have a team meeting, at this meeting you will receive your packet for the day. The packet will include your route (paper maps only) and your list of tasks for the day. You and your team will have to navigate using the paper maps along the route, locate and complete your tasks to get the most amount of points possible. Each day will end with a team meeting at a restaurant (notated in the packet), have some dinner (not provided). This is when we will total points and announce the MVP of the day! 

Yes! Part of the fun is working together to navigate and locate your destinations. Using GPS takes all of the fun out of it! It will be just like the good old days. 😁 

You won't know exactly what the tasks are until you get your packets at the start of the day but, they are things like "take a picture of an item", "Find an item" or experience something specific in a town that we pass through. Each task has a number of points associated with it (Pictures or it didn't happen). The harder the task, the more points you get to earn! But don't worry there is a nice balance of hard and easy tasks. "What if we don't complete all of the tasks?" You won't! There are to many to complete them all. The goal is to make a strategy to get the most points possible and have fun! After all thats what it is all about!

Just your ability to participate in the event, your registration is $20, which as a reminder, is all for a good cause! You will be responsible for covering all of your own cost for the trip. (food, gas, lodging etc...) We are just the organizers looking to give back to the communities we live in!

Each day we will all meet for a breakfast(not provided) as a part of our team meeting and dinner(not provided) as a part of our close out meeting for the day. You and your teammate will have to find lunch on the way or join up with other teams to get lunch together! The more you interact with the other teams the more fun you will have, just don't share any secrets that would give them a leg up. 😉

Hotels and/or lodging is also your responsibility. We will have a list of hotel options listed in the email for your registration! Please don't feel obligated to stick with this list, feel free to do what ever is comfortable for you! Want to get an airBNB? Go for it! Want to camp? Awesome! Want to sleep in your car? Sweet, just do it legally please. 😁 Whatever you want to do is fine by us, just be at the team meeting the next day rested and ready for a long day of fun. 

Literally anything! Installed custom floor mats in your 2003 ford Focus? Awesome, you're in! Installed a crate engine in your fully restored 1978 chevy pickup? Fantastic, welcome aboard! We just want you to be into cars and here for the drive! No matter where you are at in you car hobby journey, we want you here! We want to include everyone into motorsports! 

That is how you will receive the needed information to the email you used to register for your intended day(s) (So double check that email before you hit submit on your registration! If you register please try to attend, we work really hard to put on this event and knowing who and how many are going to be here helps us in our planning.
